Max and I in the car recently: Starsailor were playing on my iPod and I mentioned that it was a ‘nice song’.

‘Hmmm’ agreed Max, ‘and very relaxing’.

I smiled, I love it when the boys use adjectives.

‘What does relaxing mean to you Max?’ I asked.

‘Well, it’s like sunbathing. But not on the beach. It’s when you let your body go all floppy’.

I smiled again, I like that.
